HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — As Oakland City University students work to transfer to other schools to finish their college careers, some are becoming frustrated while trying to obtain transcripts.
A mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, tells Eyewitness News her daughter was a freshman at OCU and says it took several days to get her daughter’s transcripts released.
