NEW ORLEANS — The Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for part of the Lakeshore-Lake Vista neighborhood.
The advisory includes the following areas:
- Allen Toussaint Boulevard from Marconi Drive to Beauregard Avenue
- Beauregard Avenue from Allen Toussaint Boulevard to Lakeshore Drive
- Lakeshore Drive from Beauregard Avenue to Marconi Drive
- Marconi Drive from Lakeshore Drive to Allen Toussaint Boulevard
Officials say water pressure in the area fell below 20 pounds per square inch due to a water main repair affecting a large portion of the neighborhood.
