BOISE, Idaho — For years, Pride flags lined the historic light poles along Harrison Boulevard each June. This year, they are not flying, and the man who fought to bring them back said the city ignored its own policies when considering his application.
Jordan Hall is a Boise resident and a military veteran. He’s part of the LGBTQ+ community and said he identifies as a gay man.
Hall applied in April to temporarily display Pride flags along the North End street as part of an assembly.
