BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — 37-year-old Patrick Beasley appeared in court via video conferencing for the first time since his arrest Friday night at a mobile home park off Doc McDuffie Road in Foley.
Suspect, victim identified in Thomasville shooting death
He was arrested on suspicion of murdering his neighbor, Forrest Self.
“Deputies arrived and found the victim on the ground; the suspect was an actual bystander at that time,” said Lt. Andy Ashton with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say it was an argument between two acquaintances that spun out of control.
