AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A man charged in a deadly 2023 crash is set to be sentenced on Thursday morning.
Freddie Smith is charged with felony homicide by vehicle, reckless driving and serious injury by vehicle that claimed the life of an Aiken County teacher.
