Lil’ Piece BBQ is owned by Andrew Tobin with managing partner Mike Booth. Tobin told NEWS10 he founded the business in 2022 at the Island Green Golf Club in Greenville. What started out as a smoker in the parking lot led to them expanding into the clubhouse and operating a full-service restaurant in 2023.

The Coxsackie menu will feature deviled eggs, smoked wings, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken burnt ends, ribeye, grilled fish, burgers, brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, smoked mac and cheese, street corn, coleslaw, and more.

“The new location will offer an elevated take on our brand while remaining approachable and affordable for local residents,” said Tobin. “Our goal is to create a destination that feels special enough for visitors while still becoming a regular gathering place for the Coxsackie community.”

In addition to the restaurant, Lil’ Piece BBQ attends pop-up events and provides catering throughout the region. Tobin is aiming to open the Coxsackie location in August.
