LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – A person of interest is in custody after a shooting on Lansing’s west side Friday afternoon.
Lansing police officials say the shooting happened around 12:15 p.m. on June 19 on Mt. Hope Avenue between Waverly and Pleasant Grove Roads.
Witnesses told police they heard gunshots and a short time later officers were notified that a 40-year-old man had arrived at a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound to his hip…
