JANESVILLE, Ill. (WIFR) – A 35-year-old man finds out how long he faces behind bars for abusing and threatening his girlfriend in 2024.
Charles Gregory, of Beloit, was sentenced to seven years in prison with five years of extended supervision upon release.
A Rock County jury convicted Gregory on four crimes of domestic violence in February.
At the trial, a neighbor who witnessed the abuse testified, saying he “threatened to stomp her, Chicago-style.” Officers from the Janesville Police Department also testified…
