Saratoga County man charged with assault, contempt after pen flick injures victim’s eye

NORTHUMBERLAND, NY (WRGB) — A Northumberland man was arrested early Sunday after Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies responded to what a reported active domestic incident on Cramer Path.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office was called at 12:13 a.m. Sunday to Cramer Path in the town of Northumberland. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Adam A. Santiago, 40, of Northumberland.
