ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY)- An elderly couple in Morrow is beginning the difficult recovery process after floodwaters inundated their home.
The extensive flooding was caused by heavy rain from the remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur and rising bayou waters that continue to impact parts of the region.
