Downtown’s Clinton Square got a whole lot more colorful on one of the dreariest days of the year.
A work crew from Syracuse Parks, Recreation & Youth Programs worked through relentless raindrops Monday, installing hundreds of plastic panels for the city’s new pop-up roller skating rink that opens Tuesday. The five-day “Skate in The Square” rink opens alongside the downtown farmer’s market Tuesday with additional skating sessions through 10 p.m. Sunday.
