LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Traffic was heavily delayed on VA-28 following a crash on Wednesday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation map, the collision occurred near the Loudoun County and Fairfax County line. As of Wednesday, the north left shoulder, left lane and center lane were closed.
