Aldi has called Hopkinsville home for a long time, but now, they’ve got a new location that is officially open for business on Clinic Drive.
Folks have seen the work happening at the building that once housed Office Max on Clinic Drive off of Fort Campbell Boulevard, but now that work is complete and the ribbon was cut Thursday morning. The first 200 people who attended were set to receive a goodie bag and gift cards, but that number was easily surpassed as a line of people wrapped around the building, crossed the parking lot and started to make it’s way towards Freddy’s nearby.
The first person in line was Cathy Castille, with her family, and she tells WHOP News that she was there at 3 a.m. to get the first spot. Calling herself Aldi’s number one fan, she says this is new store is very exciting…
