Springfield-area man sentenced for repeated illegal U.S. entries

A Mexican national living illegally in the Springfield area has been sentenced in federal court after admitting to unlawfully re-entering the United States following a prior felony conviction.

Pedro Lopez-Dominguez, 36, received a sentence of eight months in federal prison and one year of supervised release from U.S. District Judge Megan Benton.
