Federal grand jury indicts 14 defendants on drug, weapons, other charges in Nebraska

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Thirteen indictments have been unsealed, charging 14 defendants in the District of Nebraska for a variety of alleged crimes.

Drug charges

Kenneth Powers, 68, of Omaha, is charged in a two-count indictment. Count I charges Powers with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine beginning on or about Sept. 1, 2025, and continuing to on or about Jan. 15, 2026. Count II charges Powers with being a felon in possession of a firearm on or about Jan. 15, 2026.

Brian De Jesus-Garibaldi, 20, of San Luis, Arizona, is charged with possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine on or about April 30, 2026.

William Finely Sr., 61, of Lincoln, is charged with possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine on or about March 3, 2026…
