WEST BEND, Wis.—- A Washington County judge has denied a request to temporarily stop the sale of the former UW-Milwaukee at Washington County campus, allowing the deal to move forward.
Judge Ryan Cain ruled Friday against a request for a temporary restraining order filed by the Washington County Charitable Foundation, which sued the county earlier this year in March, over the sale of the property.
