NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A 15-year-old girl battling cancer has been named the grand marshal of the 9th annual Fourth of July Kids Bike Parade.
North Tonawanda resident Hannah Koepsell will lead the event, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Pine Woods Park, located at Niagara and Thompson streets. Participants will travel west on Thompson Street before concluding at the Herschell Carrousel Museum, 180 Thompson St.
