INDIANAPOLIS — A homeless man is in jail accused of murder and attempted murder following a pair of attacks outside the Indiana State Government Building in downtown Indianapolis over the past two weeks that left one man dead and another hospitalized in critical condition.
An adult male victim was reportedly taken to the hospital in critical condition on June 20 for what officials thought was a medical issue. The man was reportedly found around 6 a.m. on N. Senate Avenue and had various injuries from what was later determined to be an assault.
