ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man is being accused of saying racial slurs to a man and attacking him on Friday in Hazelwood.
Steven English is being charged with one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action, according to court records.
Documents state that English, a White man, approached one of his neighbors in the same apartment complex, who is Black.
