SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – This dog is what animal control calls a frequent flier. She’s a beautiful Husky mix, a breed that shows up quite often at the shelter and on the Leigh’s Lost and Found page.
Shelter coordinator Josh Doss tells us, “Huskies are very energetic, working type dogs. If the don’t have a job, the will go out and find one. They are more prone to running just because they kind of have that ADHD in them where they just want to go run and chase things.
He goes on to say, “Huskies were bred as sled dogs so they have that endurance. They can go for a long while before they calm down.”…
