SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -A couple was caught on camera dumping two dogs at a doggy daycare center in Springfield.
According to the Bark Yard, the couple was seen throwing two dogs over a fence and into the daycare’s yard on Sunday morning.
They left a piece of cardboard with their names on it before driving away. The couple came out of a silver truck with a black stripe and no license plate.
