BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Sanborn man was sentenced on Monday to 22 years in prison for shooting and killing a 26-year-old man in Niagara Falls in June 2022, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
Gabriel Moyer, 24, had previously admitted to killing Keith Agee on June 4, 2022, pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter on April 21. A previous trial in July 2024 ended in a mistrial when jurors couldn’t agree on a verdict.
“The court’s sentence today brings a four-year legal ordeal for Mr. Agee’s family to a close,” Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman said.
