RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Nearly 30,000 warnings and citations have been issued to red light runners at select Richmond intersections under a new safety camera program. Now, the city is rolling out these cameras at three more locations.
As of Monday, June 29, a total of 29,971 warnings and citations have been issued by red light safety cameras installed at seven Richmond intersections, according to a June 30 press release from the city.
