MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — This summer, multiple pools across Milwaukee County remain closed as the heat continues.
According to Milwaukee County Parks, Hales Corners’ pool and the McCarty Park pool will not open this summer due to budget constraints and necessary maintenance work.
Hales Corners’ pool has been closed every summer since 2020.
“It’s been very tough seeing this pool closed for the seventh straight year,” Hales Corners resident Donald Schwartz said. “It’s unacceptable, this pool should be open.”…
