The Todd County FRYSC program has partnered with the Todd County School System cafeteria for its “9 Weeks of Summer Fun” program. Every Monday throughout the summer, they travel to a different park in Todd County to provide free meals and fun activities for students and their families. The program gives kids a chance to get out, have fun, and receive free meals during the hot summer months.
This week marked Week 6 of the program and was held at Sharon Grove Park. Fire trucks from the Sharon Grove Fire Department were set up spraying water for the kids, and a couple of sprinklers were also set up to help everyone cool off. Happy Hoppers also had their bouncers set up. Everyone had a great time, and the kids got to cool off in the hot weather.
