HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — The City of Hopewell and Hopewell Police Department have shared a reminder to residents about the city’s established curfew for minors.
Under the curfew ordinance, any child 17 years of age or younger will be prohibited from being on the street or in other public spaces within the city between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., unless with a parent or legal guardian.
