ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – The Roanoke Fire EMS Department successfully deployed a Chlorine B-Kit to stop a one-ton chlorine container leak at a water treatment facility in Covington.
On June 26, members of the Roanoke Fire and EMS HAZMAT Team received a request from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management Region 6 Hazardous Materials Officer regarding a reported leak at a water treatment facility in Covington, Virginia.
