AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A local food truck is serving more than just meals in Amarillo. Family First Fry Bread is introducing residents to authentic Native American cuisine while sharing the history and traditions behind it.
Owner and CEO Jorge Mendoza said the business specializes in Native American foods, including tacos, fry bread, red chili and bean-and-cheese dishes. The menu also includes family-friendly options such as deep-fried Oreos, Twinkies and grilled cheese sandwiches.
