SPOKANE, Wash. — A man tied to a 2024 killing in East Spokane and a police standoff on I-90 took a plea deal and will now serve 21 years in prison, that’s according to information obtained from court records.
Damian Eiffert pleaded guilty to second-degree murder on June 25th. The case centered on an October 22, 2024 investigation at a home near Thor Street and First Avenue East.
