WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WNYT) — Watervliet Police said a city man was charged after investigators determined he sexually assaulted a woman while she was asleep.
According to police, officers responded July 1 to a report of a sexual assault that happened in the early morning hours of June 28. After an investigation, police said they determined Juan Sanchez sexually assaulted the victim while she was sleeping.
