(KRON)– A woman has died after being shot in San Jose Sunday morning, according to the San Jose Police Department.
Around 1:20 a.m., officers received reports of a person shot the area of Bonita Avenue and Sunny Court in San Jose.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a female victim with at least one gunshot wound. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but eventually succumbed to her injuries.
