ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The driver charged in a deadly Thruway bus crash is expected in court on Monday.
Bin Shao is charged with five counts of manslaughter. Dozens more were hurt in the crash last August.
Shao told investigators a water bottle rolled to his feet while he was driving. He bent down to pick it up and throw it out. He missed the trash can, and that’s when he lost control of the bus…
