Police are asking for help locating a 32-year-old woman with developmental disabilities who disappeared in Orange County over the weekend.
Loan Thi Anh Tran was last seen near Magnolia Street and McFadden Avenue in Westminster around 5 p.m. Sunday and has not returned home.
Tran was believed to be wearing a red shirt, red pants and white sandals, but she may now be barefoot, the Westminster Police Department posted on Facebook late Sunday night.
