CityRange Steakhouse Grill, a locally owned restaurant with locations in Greenville and Spartanburg, announced July 6 it has been acquired by Rick Erwin Dining Group for an undisclosed sum.
In a statement announcing the acquisition, CityRange Steakhouse Grill owner Cory Wilk said the move would create opportunities for growth while maintaining the restaurant’s values and commitment to hospitality.
