YOUNGSTOWN – The Teamsters are suing the Schwebel Baking Company, claiming its shutdown plans amount to a breach of contract impacting the union’s current and retired members.
The complaint was filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Youngstown by ten Teamster locals in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
