Oklahoma homeowners suing State Farm headed to court

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A case involving one of the nation’s biggest insurance providers is back in the spotlight as it heads to court.

Billy Hursh, a Tulsa-area police officer, and his wife, Lacy, sued State Farm in April of 2025 after the company denied a claim for hail and damage for their Broken Arrow home.
