WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita man has pleaded guilty to making online threats against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Monday that Joaquin Hernandez leaded guilty to one count of interstate communications with a threat to injure. The plea was entered last month, according to court documents.
