A Hopkinsville woman was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after a report of her shoplifting at Walmart on Clinic Drive on Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 55-year-old Debbie Elliott who fled from Walmart employees after shoplifting and located her vehicle on McLean Avenue and attempted a traffic stop.
She reportedly fled reaching speeds of 55 mph, failing to maintain her lane, disregarding stop signs before being taken into custody on Mechanic Street and her vehicle rolling into a law enforcement vehicle…
