LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — A kitchen fire heavily damaged a Lafayette home and displaced a family of four after grease ignited on a stovetop and spread to the living room, according to the Lafayette Fire Department.
Officials reported firefighters responded to the home on Mercer Lane on Monday, July 6, around 11:45 p.m.
