YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — York County Regional police are searching for a person of interest in connection with a stolen vehicle at a Spring Garden Township Rutter’s early Thursday.
The theft occurred shortly after 1 a.m. when an unidentified individual was seen on a surveillance camera parking behind the victim’s vehicle at a Rutter’s on Richland Avenue before taking a pearl gray Honda Accord with Pennsylvania license plate MSZ8862.
Footage showed the man drive away north toward York City while his accomplice trailed behind him in a compact red car with a missing hubcap on the front passenger side…
