SAN ANTONIO — Nearly five months after a hit-and-run crash nearly claimed his life, 24-year-old Julian Ramirez is finally home.

The San Antonio tow truck driver and father of six returned home Friday, July 3, after spending 137 days in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities recovering from catastrophic injuries suffered while helping a stranded motorist along Loop 410.

His family says the road ahead is still long, but every day brings another victory…
