LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) – Cell phone video showing at least two dozen young people on Electronic Motorcycles on a city street has Lakewood Police reminding riders of the need for safety precautions.

The cell phone video was taken by a resident on Monday, on Alameda Parkway, near Union Boulevard.
The video shows a large group of riders taking up all lanes of traffic, with some moving erratically.
