Man charged with stabbing three victims in Graham assault

GRAHAM, N.C. (WGHP) — After three people were stabbed at a residence in Graham, Juan De Dios Perez-Herrera, 29, was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious bodily injury.

Early Thursday morning, officers from the Graham Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing with a knife at a residence on Amy Drive in the residential suburbs of Graham near the city’s historic district.

As officers arrived on the scene, they found three injured victims leaving the scene in need of medical attention. Officers immediately provided lifesaving medical care, helping to stabilize the victims until medical personnel arrived. All three victims were taken to a local hospital, where they remain in serious but stable condition.

Following the investigation, detectives identified and arrested Perez-Herrera, who lives in Graham. He was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious bodily injury…
