NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Mount Juliet woman spent Wednesday night moving salvageable equipment to higher ground after flash flooding overtook her home and photography studio on Nonaville Road in a matter of minutes.

Angela Seats, who runs Boudoir Nashville, has owned the property for nine years. She said flooding was never a concern when she purchased it.

“It’s not in a flood zone,” she said.
