EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – The Starbucks parking lot rapist received the maximum sentence on Thursday. A Madison County Circuit Court judge told Timothy J. Dubois that he’ll spend 120 years in state prison.
Dubois, 42, abducted a woman at knifepoint on Nov. 11, 2022, as she parked to pick up her coffee order.
