BURLINGTON, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been charged after allegedly attempting to arrange a meet-up with a child.
According to the Burlington Police Department, on June 7 they responded to Graham Street in Burlington to investigate an adult man, Waverly McFatter Jr., 50, “arranging to meet a juvenile below the age of sixteen for sexual relations,” according to a press release.
Based on this investigation, he has been charged with one count of indecent liberties with a minor. He was granted no bond by a magistrate.
