Post Oak Barbecue is firing up plans for a second Denver location, bringing its Texas-style barbecue to a new neighborhood near the University of Denver.
The restaurant is expected to open in October at 1737 E. Evans Avenue, taking over the former Sawa Mediterranean Restaurant and Buffet space, one block from the university campus.
