ST. LOUIS – A second person has been charged following a fatal shooting during an attempted break-in last week in north St. Louis.
The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Union Boulevard, located in the city’s Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood.
