ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rochelle woman faces several charges after authorities say she let a 15-year-old drive her car with four juvenile passengers, resulting in a crash.
Isabel A. Anderson, 37, is charged with five counts of child endangerment and one count of obstructing justice. She was also cited with allowing an unauthorized person to operate a vehicle.
