Firefighters battled two wildfires Monday in Northern California’s wine country, including a fast-growing blaze in Napa County and a smaller fire that prompted evacuations near Santa Rosa.
The Hardin Fire grew to about 50 acres after breaking out at 2:40 p.m. near Hardin and Pope Canyon roads in Pope Valley, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
